Colorado River
The Colorado River flows along I-70 for a good while past Denver. Possible places to white water raft the river open up west of Vail. Good fishing spots are abundant anywhere you decide to cast a line in the Colorado Fish. Not too far outside of Denver, some good spots open up around Exit 244 (BlackHawk).
